Graduated from Tufts University in 2009 with a BA in Clinical Psychology.

Twenty-year program management veteran. Delivered enterprise programs at Capital One, HubSpot, and Stanley. Passed the panel review for the PgMP certification through PMI.

 

Through Ocramid I do fractional program management for owner-led firms. I build SOPs, document workflows, and install the operating cadence so work finishes. I also do AI consulting for small business: ChatGPT training, prompt engineering, and AI automation your team can run this week.
